# ¿Existen requisitos regulatorios para Stablesats?

El panorama regulatorio para las funciones denominadas en dólares varía según la jurisdicción. El Dollar Balance no está disponible en todos los países o modos — la App de Blink muestra si está disponible para tu cuenta.

En Custodial Mode, el Dollar Balance funciona con Stablesats (un mecanismo basado en derivados). En Non-Custodial Mode, mantiene la stablecoin USDB.
