# ¿Qué es Stablesats?

**Stablesats** es una característica que tiene como objetivo abordar el problema de la volatilidad a corto plazo en la economía de Bitcoin. Cuando la tasa de cambio de Bitcoin cae, puede afectar el poder adquisitivo de los sats, lo que dificulta que las personas paguen bienes y servicios con precios en dólares. Esto puede llevar a que los comerciantes y consumidores vendan frecuentemente su Bitcoin por dólares para asegurarse de poder cumplir con sus obligaciones financieras.
