En Custodial Mode, el Dollar Balance funciona con Stablesats — un mecanismo que utiliza los mercados de derivados de Bitcoin para mantener un valor equivalente en dólares sin stablecoins ni integración fiduciaria. En Non-Custodial Mode, el Dollar Balance mantiene la stablecoin USDB (emitida por Brale) en el protocolo Spark. El Dollar Balance no está disponible en todas las jurisdicciones o modos.
