# How can I use Lightning Address to send and receive money with Blink?

To send a payment to a Lightning Address:

1. Copy their Lightning Address (e.g. <username@blink.sv>)
2. Click on "Send" in your Blink home screen
3. Paste the Lightning Address in the destination section
4. Add the amount you want to send and click "Send"

To receive payments using Lightning Address:

1. Open the settings menu in the top right of your Blink home screen
2. Find "Your Blink Address"
3. Copy your Lightning Address (e.g. <username@blink.sv>) by clicking on it
4. Share your Lightning Address with the person who wants to pay you\\
