# Problems with SMS Login

To switch from phone number login to email, please follow these steps:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Login Methods.
3. Choose Email as your preferred login method.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Check your email for a One-Time Password (OTP) and enter it to verify your email address.
6. In the same section, remove your phone number if you no longer wish to use it.
